Your health and safety is our top priority. The Center for Mental Health is committed to ensuring the continuity of our services while also protecting the health of our staff, clients, and community.  We have established a COVID-19 Response Team to work closely with state and local agencies across our six-county region. Our goal is to continue to provide excellent care to our clients and our community as best we can. We will post updates related to The Center for Mental Health here as they become available. Service Updates

March 25th: The Center Support Line is a free, 24-hour support line open to our community at this time. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or just need to talk with someone, call 970.252.6220. We can help.

March 20th: Our Telluride and Norwood locations are providing all services remotely. You will still have your appointment as scheduled through telephone or video conference options.  Please expect a phone call to confirm your appointment or call 970.252.3200 with questions.

March 17th: Our Gunnison and Crested Butte locations are currently closed to outside visitors. We are still providing services through video conference and telephone. If you already have a scheduled appointment, your provider will reach out to you directly to set up a call.

Our other locations are open and are offering telephone and video conference appointments. If your provider has not contacted you yet, and you would prefer to meet with your provider by telephone or video, please call 970.252.3200 and we can set that up.

Our Crisis Walk-In Center is open 24/7/365. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call our Crisis Line at 970.252.6220. 

We are following necessary screening, cleaning, and social distancing guidelines at our offices to protect the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to meet your needs.
