The vision of The Center for Mental Health is to be the help you need when you need it. As part of this vision, we are seeking $10,000 in community funding to finish an outdoor courtyard for clients at our Crisis Walk-In Center in Montrose.

Please consider donating to The Center for Mental Health’s Crisis Walk-in Center Courtyard Fund. By doing so, you can make a difference in the life of people in our region who need our care the most: those who are in crisis due to overwhelming mental health challenges or serious substance use issues.

The Crisis Walk-in Center provides life-saving urgent behavioral healthcare for our six-county region.  No appointment is necessary, we are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and we serve everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Since we opened our doors on September 16, 2019, we have treated over 1,000 clients, from ages 12 to 90, from across the Western Slope. However, there has been no safe place for those recovering to safely experience the healing power of the outdoors.

Please donate! Your support would enable us to create a safe, outdoor space for our clients who are coping with a behavioral health crisis.
