Many times, the individuals who have the greatest need for behavioral healthcare struggle to pay for it. As a community mental health center, The Center for Mental Health is committed to providing services to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
We serve people in jails, in early childhood programs, in schools, and within our senior population. We offer peer-based care as well as community-wide trainings and educational opportunities, most at no cost. We want to help the communities we serve better understand mental illness to help erase the stigma of treatment while offering compassion and understanding.
We are ever-expanding our array of services and supports across the 6 counties we serve across Western Colorado.
Community grants and donations help us maintain and expand these programs so that anyone who needs care can get it.
Thank you for helping to make mental health care and substance use treatment available to all.
